Dear User, please kindly note that the ink or toner cartridge is one of several components of your printer that have direct impact on the quality of your printouts. Consequently, all instructions and guidelines provided by the manufacturer of your device in its user manual must be followed.
This requirement applies particularly to the periodical cleaning and replacement, without limitation, of such components as: drum, developer, fuser, ink printer heads, rollers, which must be maintained strictly as instructed by the device manufacturer. Regular maintenance has tremendous impact on the correct printing performance and should be done timely. In order to avoid deterioration of print quality or printer malfunction one needs to note the service life of each individual printer component. Neglecting the required maintenance of the device and its components can lead to:
- staining paper
- spilling toner
- too pale or too dark printouts
- loud operation
- blank areas on printouts
- vertical or horizontal stripes on printouts
- paper jams
- It is the user's failure to maintain each of the components mentioned above rather than poor quality of toner or inkjet cartridge that can lead to poor quality of printouts.
- To avoid that, we advise you to:
- maintain your warranty-covered printer in line with its manufacturer's recommendations
- maintain and/or replace the key components of the printer that require it, including the OPC drum/developer strictly in line with the guidelines provided by the printer manufacturer
- please note that the Activejet laser printer toner cartridge is covered by warranty issued by its manufacturer, Action S.A.
* All those guidelines are solely intended as an example, and the components referred to here may not exist in your device. Please make sure you read the user manual included with your device to learn the specific maintenance it requires.
